For your own accountInclude your full name, the email address associated with your account, your organization and location if known, and a short description of the request.
For a junior member or userInclude your name and relationship to the person, their full name, the organization and location if known, and what you are requesting. We may reasonably verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing another person's information.
Do not send credentialsWe will never ask you to send your password or other login credentials to process a privacy request.
What happens next
OpenMat accounts are managed by participating organizations, so some requests — including access changes or deactivation — may need to be coordinated with your organization's administrator.
Some employment, payroll, scheduling, attendance, safeguarding, financial, legal or other recordkeeping-obligated records may need to be retained. A deletion request does not guarantee immediate destructive deletion of every related record.
